
Well, there was an episode of Samurai Jack where Jack fights his “dark side”, or “Mad Jack.”
I believe young Jack would try to supress his shadow because he knows he has a huge responsibility, and he has adopted the mentality of a hero. Of course, he is very young and if his shadow were to take over, it would be very hard to keep his cool.
Teen Jack is more likely to enjoy some of his negative traits, though, since he’s in his adolescence and he often looks for excitement, but it is very unlikely, he thinks of himself as “righterous”.
